1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any modification, amendment, or re-enactment of that provision.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cric888 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or guidelines that may apply to particular games, promotions, or features available on the platform.

Registering or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via another person — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. cric888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to keep their credentials secure. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the cric888 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with reasonable standards of fair play and honest dealing. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cric888 platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering duplicate accounts on the platform.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. cric888 reserves the right to take legal action in respect of any conduct that causes financial or reputational damage to the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cric888 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, data structures, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cric888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cric888 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the cric888 platform or its content.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated or manual means for commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Closure

cric888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false information about their age during registration.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The account has been used in connection with prohibited betting conduct, including use of automated systems or collusion.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under the platform's responsible gaming policy.
• cric888 is required to close the account by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cric888 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any affected transactions reviewed. Where a breach is confirmed, cric888 may withhold any balance associated with the breach while retaining any legitimate funds for return to the Player via a verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting the cric888 support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.

11. Amendments to These Terms

cric888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments (for example, corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately without notice.

Your continued use of the cric888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

All complaint correspondence is conducted in English.

cric888 shall not be bound by any settlement or agreement reached through informal channels (such as social media or third-party forums) unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of cric888. Players are reminded that publishing false or defamatory statements about cric888 on any public platform may constitute a legal claim and will be addressed accordingly.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cric888 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
